Mushroom Varieties: Included: 3-7 varieties in each box, these varieties include but are not limited to: Lion's Mane, Bhutan, Blue Oyster, Golden Treasure, Pink Oyster, Velvet Shank, King Oyster, Shiitake, Coral Tooth, and others, subject to rotation based on harvesting cycles. (We apologize that we cannot take variety requests for this box).

Storage & Shelf Life: Store the mushrooms in the refrigerator in the provided box. Do not enclose the mushrooms in plastic, this will cause quick deterioration. If stored properly the mushrooms (depending on species) will last 7-14 days.
