Our carefully curated ingredients include bread flour, whole wheat flour, rye flour, ground malt, water, and salt. Seeds include sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame, and flaxseed for nutritional boost.

Further, this fermentation process enhances the availability of key nutrients. About the seeds
