Welcome to Happy Grocers! We've designed our shopping experience with you in mind, ensuring it's as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Below you'll find a simple guide on how to order, our delivery policy, our refund policy, and our recycling policy. Let's dive in!

How to Order

  • Browse: Navigate through our wide range of sustainable products, from farm-fresh produce to eco-friendly home essentials.
  • Add to Cart: Found what you need? Click on the product and hit the 'Add to Cart' button.
  • Checkout: Once you've selected all your items, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right corner of the page. Review your order and proceed to checkout.
  • Choose delivery date and time: You may place an order for next-day delivery or schedule a delivery 14 days in advance. You may also choose your preferred delivery time slot from 11.00-19.00.
  • Provide Details: Fill in your delivery address, contact information, and preferred payment method. For delivery address, please ensure to put the condo name or your postal address on the first line and other details such as room number, please insert into the second line. Our system will automatically calculate your delivery fee.
  • Payments: We have multiple payment options including debit cards, credit cards, VISA cards, PromptPay, True Money Wallet, and Rabbit Line Pay
  • Confirm Email: You will receive a confirmation email right after the payment is made.

Delivery Policy

  • Scheduling: We deliver everyday. You may place an order for next-day delivery or schedule a delivery 14 days in advance. You may also choose your preferred delivery time slot from 11.00-19.00. For Nichada area, delivery slot is every Wednesday during 13.00-18.00.
  • Delivery Charges: We deliver up to 40KM radius from our warehouse in Ekkamai.
    • Pandago - Free Delivery: 17KM radius with minimum order of ฿‎600.
    • Pandago: ฿‎32 base price with ฿‎7 additional charge per KM. 17KM radius with no minimum.
    • Grab Express: ฿‎61 base price with ฿‎8 additional charge per KM. 20KM radius with no minimum.
    • Nichada Special Delivery: Special delivery for Nichada community every Wednesday at ฿‎75 with ฿‎1,000 minimum order.
  • Timings: Our delivery window is between 11.00-19.00. We always strive to reach you within your chosen time slot, but please allow some flexibility on busier days.
  • Packaging: Sustainability is at our core. Expect eco-friendly packaging that keeps your products fresh and minimizes environmental impact.

Refund Policy

  • Damaged Items: If any item arrives damaged or not up to your standards, please report it within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. We'll offer a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will incur a 10% restocking fee.
  • Returns: For non-perishable items, returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the items are unopened and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, perishable items cannot be returned.
  • Processing Refunds: Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Recycling Policy

  • Return & Recycle: We encourage all our customers to return used packaging to any of our grocery truck spots or at our events. Whether it's a glass bottle, a paper bag, or any other recyclable material, bring it back, and let's give it a new life!
