Made from fresh, unpasteurized Thai cow's milk, San Paquanburie captures the essence of our lush local pastures. The cheese is aged for a minimum of four weeks, during which it develops a beautifully soft, bloomy rind, a characteristic of the thermophilic culture and white mould used in its creation.

The tantalizing aroma of San Paquanburie is a balance of fruity and floral notes, while the taste is a journey of subtle tanginess that complements its creamy base. When allowed to ripen for six weeks, it transcends into an oozing cream delight, perfect to be savored with warm crusty bread or baked to perfection.

Storage Tips: Simply keep it in a fridge and it will maintain its quality for 1.5 weeks, allowing you enough time to enjoy its full-bodied flavor and creamy texture.
